Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Madisons are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to get started on an ongoing basis for a client of ours covering sites in and around Reading, Berkshire.

Candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License for this position

Responsibilities

• Leading & assisting the team with general grounds maintenance, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning and weed control.
• Installation of lawns, artificial lawns, tree's, plants
• Using machinery such as strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters & more
• Brick and stone work - Hard Landscaping aspects on occasion
• Trellace and fence work
• Install of Plant boxes
• Valid driving licence
• Oversee the Landscaping, turfing and planting duties by operative on site

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance/ Horticultural experience required.
• Previous Team Leader experience
• Driving licence (Essential)
• 7:30am- 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

• £18- £20 per hour, dependant on experience and qualifications
