About therole

We currently requiremultiple Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join us inBurton-on-Trent, where you will lead your team to keep severallocal grounds in wonderful condition. Responsibilities will includegrass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance,spraying, and more.

Requirements

• Can-do attitude and safety-consciousmindset.
• Physically fit and able to workoutdoors in all weather conditions.
• PreviousGrounds Maintenance experience is required, including with ride onmowers.
• Previous supervisory/team leadershipexperience in a relevant industry would be highlybeneficial.
• A full valid UK manual drivinglicence is essential - ability to tow trailers would bedesirable.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses aredesirable.
