With over 30 years' experience UK Landscapes delivers high quality services utilising high tech. support to provide operational visibility to both the company and its clients. We are a fast-paced PE backed Company with ambitious plans for growth so need someone who thrives in this type of business.
The role is full time starting from home and local depots. Duties will include working as part a 2 person team, to deliver services to large nationally known clients including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification.
It would also be desirable if candidates have experience of carrying out ground's maintenance, landscaping, gardening or outdoor work and PA1/PA6. The role also includes requirement to log in and out of customer and head office systems using tablets - past experience of using iPads to do this is preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring that landscapes are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping, including the use of hand tools and power tools, as well as mechanical knowledge to assist in the upkeep of gardens and landscaped areas.
Duties
Perform general groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through planting, watering, weeding, and pruning.
Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools necessary for landscape maintenance.
Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas effectively to promote healthy plant growth.
Build and maintain structures such as fences, garden beds, and pathways as required.
Dig holes for planting or other landscape features while ensuring minimal disruption to existing plants.
Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Experience
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with mechanical equipment used in landscaping is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
A strong understanding of horticultural practices is beneficial.
Must possess a valid driver's licence for operating company vehicles when necessary.
