Grounds & Conservation Manager - Lead Volunteers

The Scouts at Gilwell Park in Chingford, London, are seeking a full-time Ground Maintenance Manager to oversee the 108-acre estate, including formal grounds, woodland, and natural spaces. You will lead the facilities team, plan conservation work, and ensure safe, accessible spaces for thousands of young people visiting each year.

Based at Gilwell Park, the role is 35 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends.
