Ground Operations Team Member - Touring Park Job Description

Seal Bay Resort in Selsey is a leading holiday park. The role is based at Seal Bay Resort and involves day to day operation, maintenance and customer service of the touring park. The position requires working alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities Guest Services

Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check ins and pitch allocation.

Provide information about park facilities, local attractions and services.

Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

Enforce park rules politely and consistently.

Park Operations

Monitor arrivals and departures.

Carry out daily park checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Maintenance & Grounds

Carry out light maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, fencing, signage).

Maintain cleanliness of facilities such as toilets, showers and waste areas.

Ensure pitches, roads and communal areas are well presented.

Report any major maintenance issues to management.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Carry out routine safety inspections.

Promote fire safety and emergency procedures.

Ensure compliance with park regulations and licensing conditions.

Skills & Experience

• Full Driving License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Practical, hands on approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible attitude to working hours, including weekends and holidays
