Ground Maintenanace Operative /Mini Excavator Driver (Worcester)

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative with a valid Mini Digger Excavator licence in the Worcester area to join a busy team maintaining public outdoor spaces across the city.

• Immediate start
• This is an ongoing assignment with a possible Permanent position after a successful trial period

• Operating a mini excavator as part of the role
• Using power tools and wheelbarrows
• Maintaining green spaces
• Working in all weather conditions
• Supporting team operations across multiple sites

• Mini Excavator licence - CPCS A58 or NPORS N202 (one required)
• Comfortable working outdoors and in manual roles
• Full UK driving licence required
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions

• Mon-Thurs: 07:30 - 15:30
• Fri: 07:30 - 15:00

• £13.69 per hour
• Increase after 12 weeks
