Front of House Team Member - Premier Inn Dover Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal)

Location: Dover Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal), Marine Court, Dover, Kent, United Kingdom

Hours: 16 hours per week

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

About the Role

As the friendly face of our hotel, you will use your customer service skills to welcome guests and ensure a smooth stay from check in through to departure. Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm welcome and assisting guests with check in.
• Preparing and serving cocktails and meals.
• Co ordinating with the housekeeping team to prepare rooms for guests.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
