Grill Chef - Lead the Grill & Rise to Grill Master

Honest Burgers Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Grill Chef who takes pride in fresh food and old-school hospitality. You will manage the grill section, work with Head Chef and Sous Chef, and ensure kitchen standards, health and safety, and food quality are exceptional.

On probation you learn the Honest way; high performers can progress to Grill Master with a pay increase. We offer full or part-time hours, generous service charge sharing, and staff perks.
