GRC Lead: Enterprise Risk, Compliance & Security

Glen Dimplex Europe Holdings Ltd is seeking a GRC Lead to establish and mature its Governance, Risk & Compliance program. You will address high-priority risks such as disaster recovery readiness and compliance obligations, ensuring a secure operating environment.

The ideal candidate has 6-15 years of experience in GRC or cybersecurity and a strong grasp of regulatory compliance. This role includes developing frameworks, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing training initiatives.
