Graphic Designer

• Concept and execute graphic design across advertising, social, case studies, presentations, digital and print, experiential, and other channels
• Take projects from brief through final QA, owning the full project arc
• Help maintain and apply Clio's visual brand consistently across deliverables
• Assist in producing visual identity elements for Clio sub-brands under senior design direction
• Support communication and campaign needs across marketing, demand generation, and events
• Collaborate with creative team leads and stakeholders, manage feedback, and deliver on-brand work

Requirements

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
• Portfolio demonstrating range in applying brand systems, campaign work, and multi-channel execution
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Comfort with AI design tools (Midjourney, Krea, or similar)
• Eye for visual storytelling and ability to interpret a brief and translate it into design concepts
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing quality
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment without cutting corners on craft
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Comfortable working on design assets and layouts in Spanish
• Experience working within brand design systems at scale (bonus)
• Background in SaaS, legal tech, or another complex, regulated industry (bonus)
• Hands-on experience with presentation design (Keynote, Google Slides) for executive speakers and event materials (bonus)
• Eye for typography beyond the defaults (bonus)
• Comfort picking up new tasks and challenges and adapting quickly (bonus)
