We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to our client's visual identity. From strategic publications to digital platforms, speeches, and engagement materials, you'll craft visuals that make complex, system-wide ideas accessible and compelling. This is a role for a designer who thrives on meaningful work-someone who can translate nuance into narrative, and elevate mission-driven messaging through thoughtful design.

What you'll be doing
You'll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, values-aligned design work.

Your responsibilities will include:
Designing strategic publications, reports, and prospectuses
Creating infographics, data visualisations, and visual frameworks that clarify complexity
Developing and maintaining brand identity across digital and print
Aligning visuals with narrative through close collaboration with writers and programme leads
Producing digital and event materials to support speeches, launches, and external engagement

About you
You're a designer who combines creative flair with strategic precision. You bring:
Proven experience in publication design, digital assets, and brand development
Proficiency in professional design software (eg, Adobe Creative Suite) and openness to new tools
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual communication
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A commitment to accessibility, clarity, and quality in design
Awareness of data visualisation principles and inclusive design practices

The role is INSIDE IR35. 2 days a week REMOTE 3 on site London or York
