Ready for a meaningful new challenge where your work truly makes an impact?
If you have a strong background in processing and analysing grants and want to contribute to positive change, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Grants Officer to join our Clarion Futures team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation committed to supporting communities and transforming lives.
The Grants Officer will lead the grants administration process, including the collating of all grant applications, checking that essential criteria have been met and progressing applications to the appropriate grants approval stage.
You'll play a key role in supporting our in-house grants function, ensuring the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. You'll also be the main point of contact for applicants and grant holders, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and helping to resolve any issues that arise.
A significant part of your work will involve supporting our Community Catalyst programme, a funder-plus initiative that offers both core cost grants and tailored business support to voluntary, community, and social enterprise organisations working in social housing communities.
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience and knowledge in grants allocation and coordination of processes (preferably within the not for profit sector). Along with the ability to build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and work closely with individual grant holders to ensure appropriate use of the grant, including reporting on spend and performance, ensuring all compliance issues are met.
You'll have substantial experience of using web content and grants management tools, along with in depth experience of supporting financial and performance reporting.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, along with access to a supportive and collaborative working environment. There's also plenty of opportunity for professional growth and career development within Clarion Housing Group.
This is more than just a job; it's your chance to help build stronger communities and support real social change.
