Grant Thornton Ignite Work Experience (August 2026) - Bristol

Program Overview

Ignite is a four day, in person work experience programme designed for Year12 and 13 students who are interested in starting a career in accountancy. The programme gives you the chance to work alongside our Audit teams on real projects, attend development sessions, and build a professional network.

Dates & Location

Monday 17 - Thursday 20 August2026
Location: Bristol office - in person (commuting distance from home required)

What You Will Do

• Work alongside audit teams on real projects
• Participate in focused development sessions to sharpen professional skills
• Engage in team based group activities to improve teamwork and problem solving

Expectations

• Full attendance for the entire duration of the programme
• Availability for all scheduled sessions
• Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of the Bristol office

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Year12 or Year13 student (application deadline September2026)
• Enthusiastic and curious about business and accountancy
• No prior work experience required
