Ignite Program - Year12 &13 Experience 
Ignite is a four day in person programme that gives Year12 and 13 students the chance to experience real work with our Audit teams, develop professional skills, and build a network within Grant Thornton.
Program Dates and LocationMonday17 - Thursday20August2026, Birmingham office (must be within a reasonable commuting distance).
What You'll Do- Engage in real projects alongside Audit teams.
- Participate in focused development sessions to sharpen professional skills.
- Complete hands on group activities for teamwork and problem solving.
- Intended for students in Year12 or 13 who want to pursue a school leaver programme in accountancy.
- No prior work experience required.
- Must be enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.
- Full attendance for all four days is required; availability for the full duration of the programme.
- Apply to an office within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Insight into daily accounting work.
- Professional confidence building.
- Early networking with Grant Thornton staff.
- Potential fast track into a school leaver programme.
