I'm working exclusively with a well-established, design-led residential developer based in Kent that's looking to bring on board an ambitious and passionate Graduate Town Planner to support their growing planning team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work client-side, gaining exposure to high-quality housing developments from concept to completion. You'll be mentored by experienced planning professionals and be actively involved in preparing and managing planning applications, liaising with local authorities and consultants, and contributing to long-term land and development strategies.
