We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students. This full-time role offers a daily rate between £90 and £110, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with SEND students to facilitate their learning and development in a supportive educational environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide tailored support to SEND students, both in classroom settings and one-to-one.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to support the learning needs of students.
• Facilitate communication between students and their peers to promote inclusion.
• Monitor and support the progress and well-being of students.
• Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with a variety of learning challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with SEND students or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
