As a Graduate Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in your subject specialism

• Support pupils' learning across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)

• Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors

• Develop your classroom management and teaching skills

• Contribute to the wider school community

This role is ideal for graduates considering PGCE, School Direct or other teacher training pathways.

• A UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)

• A passion for education and working with young people

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confidence, resilience and a willingness to learn

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Paid classroom experience

• Ongoing mentoring and support

• Access to CPD and training opportunities

• Clear progression routes into teacher training

• Opportunities within supportive local secondary schools
