Job Description

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for Graduate Structural Engineers to join a client who are a leading firm in the engineering sector based in the Midlands.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of structural projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation
- Utilise industry-standard software for structural analysis and design
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all projects

About You
- Recent graduate with a degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel to various sites as required
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the field of structural engineering
- A proactive approach to work and a keen eye for detail
