Job Description

Step Into Teaching is seeking a compassionate SEN Graduate Academic Coach to support pupils with diverse needs in a welcoming primary school in York. This placement offers hands-on classroom experience before teacher training.

You'll provide 1:1 support, run small group interventions in literacy and numeracy, support EAL and SEMH learners, and assist the class teacher to foster an inclusive learning environment.
