  • €35,000 - €45,000 base salary + company benefits package

We are representing a cutting-edge manufacturer of analytical equipment used in wastewater, environmental, and lab-based testing applications. Following an exceptional period of growth, they are now looking to expand their inside sales & support team in Breda. They are looking for someone to proactively engage with customers to discuss their spare parts and consumables portfolio and support them with ongoing needs through the lifecycle of their instruments.



The Job:


They are looking for a commercially minded, proficient graduate to support the demand for their spares and consumables portfolio across Europe. This is a newly created position within the sales support team and will allow the company to take a more proactive approach to keeping up with their customers' ongoing needs.


This person will be responsible for delivering fast, accurate and customer-centred service to ensure continuity of laboratory operations. They will do this by managing all inbound and outbound sales activity related to replacement parts and consumables for the company's analytical instrumentation lines.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries related to spare parts and consumables.
  • Prepare timely and accurate quotations, process sales orders, and provide product recommendations based on system configurations and customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the company's entire consumables and spares portfolio, ensuring correct part identification and cross-referencing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure stock availability, timely deliveries, and technical compatibility.
  • Support lifecycle management by proactively informing customers about consumables nearing reorder thresholds and promoting upgrades where applicable.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales data in the CRM and ERP systems to support forecasting and account management.

  • Familiarity with international logistics and export documentation is a plus
