What You'll Be Doing

• Developing new business - reaching out to potential clients and showing them the value we bring
• Sourcing candidates - writing compelling job ads, headhunting via LinkedIn, and building your personal brand
• Screening and matching - reviewing CVs, running candidate interviews, and aligning them with client needs
• Building relationships - maintaining long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike
