Graduate Project Manager: Infrastructure & Renewables

The SSE Project Management Graduate Programme invites graduates to gain hands-on experience across offshore and onshore projects, asset management, and stakeholder coordination. You'll join a two-year rotation with mentoring and structured placements to build your leadership and technical skills.

Starting September 2027, you'll work from Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness or Perth, with flexible first options and a clear path to a permanent Assistant Project Manager role on completion.
