Hybrid: 2 days per week in our London, Cardiff or Fleet offices. RVU

RVU is a group of online brands that include: Confused, Uswitch, Tempcover, money.co.uk, and Mojo Mortgages. We reach the majority of UK households, putting us in a unique position to drive the transformation of the household services sector.

We harness cutting-edge tech and data to help consumers manage their homes more effectively, and we provide some of the UK's biggest companies with unparalleled insight into what customers need and want.

Since our founding in 2018, we've integrated our 5 market-leading digital brands into a powerful data platform, supercharging our capabilities to drive lasting change, and by working with providers and policymakers, we're helping transform entire industries - making markets more competitive and more innovative to benefit everyone.

What you'll be doing

As a graduate at RVU, you'll have the opportunity to rotate across a variety of roles within: Digital Marketing, Product and Analytics. You'll have a unique overview of how these teams operate and play a key role in helping our customers make decisions and save money on their household bills.

Typical areas of the business you'll gain experience in include:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - optimising our sites to earn large audiences through SEO, using tools like Google Analytics to identify patterns and recommend changes
  • Paid Media - responsible for the daily execution of paid search campaigns on nationally recognised brands with large budgets
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - interact and create email marketing campaigns for our customers
  • Product and Analytics - leveraging data to understand consumer behaviour and propose changes to our digital product offering.

You'll be equipped with the latest technology and on-the-job training to ensure your success within the Graduate Programme. Your team, managers and mentors will support you every step of the way to make sure you feel empowered to make decisions and build a career you are proud of.

What we're looking for
  • A degree in a STEM or Business subject and advanced numerical skills are a must for our roles
  • Ability to work on the right things, in the right order, with the right intensity
  • Enthusiasm, grit, and care for your work
  • A desire to learn through every experience - be it a win or a setback
  • Communicate candidly, confidently, and effectively interact with others.

You don't need to tick off everything on this list - so don't let that hold you back from applying. We want to make sure you're learning plenty during your time with us!

Our commitment to you

We believe that we can be the change we wish to see in the world. We hold ourselves accountable to being open and inclusive teammates and community members. We embrace our differences and are committed to creating an inclusive environment that reflects the world we live in.
