This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate to join a well-established planning and architecture practice, working on a diverse range of bespoke residential and mixed-use projects across the Southeast.

Are you a recent graduate with an RTPI-accredited degree? Do you want to gain hands-on experience across the full planning process? Are you looking for a supportive, friendly environment with clear progression to chartership and beyond?

This business has been operating for over 3 Decades and has built a strong reputation in planning and design, delivering projects ranging from one-off bespoke homes to medium-scale developments. In this role, you will be involved in preparing and submitting planning applications, undertaking planning research, liaising with clients and local authorities, and supporting the wider team on a variety of projects. You will also attend meetings, carry out planning policy reviews, and manage submissions under the guidance of senior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will hold an RTPI-accredited degree, with excellent communication and organisational skills, full training will be provided.

• Preparing and submitting planning applications
