- Support the identification and assessment of new development opportunities.
- Help shape planning strategies for a wide range of projects.
- Assist with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and environmental statements.
- Monitor Local Plans, national policy, and guidance, providing input to influence planning outcomes.
- Split your time between office work, site visits, and meetings with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a planning-related subject (RTPI accredited).
- A genuine interest in property development and the built environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Master's degree in planning (RTPI accredited).
- Relevant work experience in local authority or consultancy.
- Knowledge of planning processes and procedures.
