Graduate Musician & Administrator# Graduate Musician & Administrator Queenswood School About this roleGraduate Musician & AdministratorRequired September 2026We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and organised Graduate Musician & Administrator who will assist the Director of Music in promoting an enthusiasm for, and excellence in, Music throughout the School. They will assist with the teaching and administration of a busy and dynamic Music School, as well as assisting with concerts, music tours and stage productions.The successful candidate will have a good honours degree, preferably in Music or Music/sound production. We would welcome candidates from a wide range of instrumental and style backgrounds.As the Co-Curricular Administrator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in organising a broad, enriching and high achieving co-curriculum that expands opportunities for pupil leadership and teamwork. The role will be accountable for the communication and implementation of co-curricular, as well as overseeing and promoting the educational value and benefits of the co-curriculum across all areas.This position would suit a graduate with experience in administrative work and/or with a musical background; as well as someone who is resourceful and well organised and who would relish the opportunity to work in a dynamic department.Queenswood is a GSA, BSA, HMC Boarding and Day School for approximately 430 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, easily accessible from North London.We offer generous benefits including: a flexible pension scheme, free lunch and refreshments, ample parking, use of school grounds and facilities.This post is full time 18.75 hours per week, term time (34 weeks) only.Salary will be circa £27,000 per annum pro rata.
