Salary: Up to £30,097 FTE

Location: Cheshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 Months)

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Lecturer in AAT to join our successful curriculum team. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or aspiring educators looking to gain hands-on teaching experience while working towards a recognised teaching qualification.

Through this structured development programme, you will gain valuable insight into life as a lecturer within Further Education, supported by experienced colleagues, mentors and industry professionals every step of the way.

The Role

As a Graduate Lecturer in AAT, you will:

  • Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment activities.
  • Support students studying AAT and related Accounting programmes.
  • Assess and mark learner work.
  • Encourage and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
  • Support a range of learners, including 16-18 year olds, adult learners and apprentices.
  • Develop your teaching skills within a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Work towards becoming a qualified Level 5 Lecturer.
What You'll Gain

No previous teaching experience is required - full support and training will be provided.
