Job Overview

Full time £93 per day Start: ASAP

Axcis Education is looking for a full time Graduate Learning Support Assistant to work in partnership with mainstream primary schools in Wigan. The role involves supporting primary aged pupils who need 1 1 support with their learning, including those with special educational needs such as autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

Working closely with individual students in the classroom-helping them stay engaged, encouraging confidence and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day.

Qualifications & Requirements

Recent graduates with experience (voluntary or professional) with additional needs. Empathy, reliability and genuine desire to support vulnerable young people are essential. No prior school experience required.

Appointment Requirements

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
