Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Full-time From £93 per day Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting pupils requiring 1-1 assistance with their learning. Some pupils have special educational needs including autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour. You will work closely with individual students in the classroom, helping them stay engaged, encouraging confidence, and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day.

Qualifications & Qualities

No prior school experience is needed. Voluntary or professional experience with additional needs is required. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, reliable, kind, patient and truly desires to support vulnerable young people. Training and guidance will be provided.
