About the Role

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients within the IT industry

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles

• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and our internal systems to identify talent

• Develop an understanding of technical requirements and client needs

• Work towards realistic targets with the support of experienced team members

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
