THE POSITIONAs a Software Developer in our integration team, you will:
Support our .NET, Java, and webMethods platforms for system integration
Work with C#, .NET, webMethods Flow, Java, XML, and SQL regularly
Use XSLT, Python, and Oracle PL/SQL frequently
Build new functionalities into our platforms
Implement change requests on existing integrations
Support Business Analysts by providing technical feedback
Begin with learning and working with key technologies, including C# training
Take early responsibility for projects with structured, regular feedback

As a Senior or Lead Software Developer, responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality projects, managing teams and resources
Coaching and providing feedback to junior colleagues
Working closely with senior customer contacts to strengthen relationships
Early line management responsibilities include mentoring, training, and coaching.
TrainingWe believe in a mix of internal and external training to develop well-rounded skills:

The successful candidate will have:
A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject
Strong A-levels, minimum AAB, including an A in Maths (or equivalent)
Passion for programming and experience with object-oriented languages like C#, Java, C++, or Python
An aptitude for applying technology and structured problem-solving
Logical, well-organized, and practical
Eagerness to take responsibility and learn quickly
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate seamlessly
