Graduate ECommerce Executive

• Supporting the ecommerce team with the day-to-day running of our online stores
• Helping improve site performance by reviewing customer data and suggesting updates to improve the journey and increase sales
• Using tools like Google Analytics and our internal platforms to track behaviour and spot trends
• Assisting with new product launches, including setting up items and checking pricing
• Updating product and category pages with the right content and engaging imagery. Photoshop experience would be helpful but not essential
• Writing clear product descriptions, blog content and marketing copy
• Helping to create and support promotions and campaigns
• Working with teams across the business to deliver projects
• Taking part in website testing and development
• Supporting international launches and communicating with suppliers and manufacturers where needed

What we're looking for

• A recent graduate who wants to build a career in ecommerce and digital
• Someone who enjoys writing, spotting detail and getting involved
• Comfortable working with data and open to learning new tools
• Organised, proactive and happy to ask questions
• Some experience with design or digital tools like Photoshop is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
