Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space, and you'll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

You will start as 180 delivery consultants and progress to full lifecycle recruitment, building relationships and earning uncapped commissions in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
