We're the UK's leading promotional & experiential staffing agency, delivering product sampling, pop-ups, roadshows, exhibitions and data capture nationwide. Most campaigns span FMCG, tech, finance, wellness and lifestyle. We're also scaling across Europe, Dubai and beyond over the next five years-so there's real room to grow.

What you'll do:

Own inbound enquiries (phone-first): call prospects quickly, qualify needs, book discovery calls and convert to proposals.
Spot & apply new trends: identify and utilise emerging on-street & experiential tactics to keep campaigns fresh.
Write & present proposals: tailored scopes, budgets, timelines and KPIs; negotiate contracts and close.
Be the day-to-day POC: liaise between client, staffing and HQ , handle queries/issues, and keep feedback flowing.
Design & implement campaigns: from creative to logistics, permits and H&S-delivering on time and on budget.
Liveforce & CRM hygiene: regularly maintain and update Liveforce (jobs, rosters, comms) and keep pipeline/forecast tidy.
Recruit & brief staff: advertise roles, shortlist, brief campaigns clearly and staff shifts effectively.
Report & improve: produce concise post-campaign reports with results, learnings and next steps.
Grow accounts: upsell cross-channel add-ons (welcome packs, pop-ups, tours, sponsorships) and drive renewals.
(Occasional out-of-hours): some evenings/weekends during live activations.

What you'll bring

Phone confidence and polished oral/written communication .
Experience in a relationship/client management role (agency or fast-paced commercial setting ideal).
Robust negotiating/influencing skills and sound commercial judgement.
Ability to work self-sufficiently , prioritise and deliver under pressure.
Strong attention to detail , a strong work ethic , positive energy and a drive to get results .

Working pattern & progression

Training: structured onboarding; typical ramp 6 months to full OTE.
Hours: once training is complete, in-office daily with flexible start 7:30-10:00 and finish 16:30-19:00 (Mon-Fri).
Progression: clear path to Account Manager (12-18 months typical) , plus opportunities on international projects .
