About the Role

We're looking for a Graduate, Business Development to join our growing Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-potential graduate who wants to build a long-term career in sales within private markets and fintech.

As a Graduate, Business Development, you will play a critical role in driving Titanbay's growth by owning and building the prospecting and origination engine that feeds our top-of-funnel pipeline. You will enable our Senior Sales Directors and Head of GP Solutions to stay laser-focused on closing live opportunities, while you systematically generate and qualify new ones.

You'll be on the front lines of our commercial engine, researching target accounts, sourcing and qualifying leads, initiating outbound engagement, supporting proposals, joining client calls and ensuring our CRM and sales infrastructure runs with precision.

This role offers exceptional exposure to the full sales cycle, cutting-edge private markets infrastructure, and sophisticated fund management clients.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Owning the top-of-funnel pipeline and execution of prospecting strategies across target General Partners & Fund Managers
  • Researching, sourcing and qualifying new leads through market mapping & segmentations, targeted outreach and events
  • Maintaining rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot, tracking all sales activity and ensuring data accuracy
  • Preparing high-quality meeting briefs and supporting structured follow-ups for the senior sales team
  • Coordinating and tailoring pitch materials and proposals across internal teams
  • Supporting RFP responses and live deal workflows
  • Assisting in product demos and technical walk-throughs
  • Tracking competitor activity and sharing regular market insights and trends
  • Monitoring pipeline progression and ensuring clear next steps and accountability
What We're Looking For:
  • A recent graduate with strong academic performance
  • Internship experience in asset management, wealth management, private markets, investment platforms or financial services
  • A genuine interest in the funds, alternatives and private markets industry
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A self-starter mentality with high levels of ownership and initiative
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and proactive engagement
  • Technically literate and quick to learn new tools (CRM systems such as HubSpot, sales automation, pitch materials, demos)
  • Highly reliable in following up, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders accountable
