Graduate Automation Engineer

Required for a well-established design and build company based in the Bishops Stortford area. As an automation engineer, you will be involved in control systems design and automation.

The role suits a technically minded graduate with a strong interest in control systems and automation, holding a MEng or MSc Engineering degree related to electronics, control systems, robotics, or automation.

• Design and develop automated control systems
• Ensure automation systems are compatible with other machinery components
• Program and test logic controllers (PLC's)
• Work with clients to design controls and automated machinery to their specifications
• Conduct R&D, including after-market repairs and updates for clients

• Master's Degree in Electronics, Robotics, or Automation-related field
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Located within a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford

• Monday to Friday, Full-time, Permanent position
• 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
