Graduate Architectural Technologist - Dublin Office

Dublin Entry Level Full Time

We are looking for a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join our Dublin Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high quality detailing. You will work closely and coordinate with architects and other building professionals to manage and ensure a project's success.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Contributing to design development from early stages through to technical delivery
• Preparing planning, tender, and construction information
• Assisting with coordination of design information and statutory submissions
• Participating in project meetings and, where appropriate, site involvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture Technologist and working towards registration with RIAI.
• Previous experience working on medium to large scale residential projects.
• Thorough understanding and application of the Irish building regulations.
• Strong design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving abilities with a proactive, solution driven approach.
