Job Description

Valda Energy invites applications for a Graduate AI Performance Analyst to own and improve our Cognigy-based Virtual Assistant and related contact-centre analytics. You will drive end-to-end performance, governance and continuous improvement of the self-service AI, while delivering operational insight and forecasting to support decisions.

You'll work with the Contact Centre Manager to identify opportunities, develop new use cases and optimise customer journeys, balancing data-driven insights
