Atlas Medical Practice based in Springburn Health Centre are looking to recruit a friendly, professional and enthusiastic GP Receptionist to join our welcoming team.

We are a well-established, patient focused GP practice serving approximately 3150 patients and pride ourselves in providing a high standard of care in a supportive and friendly environment.

Hours of Work

20 Hours per week, with the proposed working pattern:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8.30-1.30pm and Friday 1-6pm.

Some flexibility will be required to provide additional cover for staff holidays and sickness.

Main Duties

• Handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Booking and managing appointments
• Processing repeat prescription requests
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Providing administrative support to the wider practice team.
