GP Practice Lead Receptionist & Team Leader

West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a Lead Receptionist for The Holbrook and Shotley Practice in Ipswich on a full-time basis. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the reception team, coordinate duties, and support the Practice Manager to ensure a smooth front-of-house service for patients.

The role requires experience in GP practice reception or a similar healthcare setting, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a patient-focused, professional manner.
