GP Partner

Due to a planned retirement in April 2026 we are seeking a new Partner to join our team for 6 session/week. Alternative working arrangements would be considered for the right candidate.

As a GP Partner, you will play a pivotal role in both clinical care and strategic leadership. You'll be involved in shaping the future of the practice, contributing to decision-making, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare. We recognise the opportunities but also the challenges of starting a career as a GP Partner. You will be offered a full induction period, regular mentoring session and access to relevant training courses.

The management team meet on a weekly basis and have a fair division of non-clinical partnership responsibilities with regular protected administrative time. There will be opportunities to take on clinical and management leadership in an area of interest.

Person Specification

Full registration with the GMC, inclusion on the GP Register and MRCGP qualification or equivalent

2 years post-CCT experience as a GP in a UK general practice

Excellent clinical skills

Experience or strong interest in practice management
