GP Partner - High-dispensing Practice 11-12 Patients per Session Strong Work-Life Balance

Overview

A committed, cohesive partnership operating a highly organised GP training practice with low patient numbers, strong admin support, and positive feedback from placed GPs.

Workload & Structure
  • 4+ sessions per week, each 11-12 patients
  • 15-minute appointments
  • 1 hour admin time per session
  • Two-GP duty team with capped workload
  • Low home visits (paramedic support; reduced clinic if visiting)
  • Weekly partner session
