GP Partner - General Practice Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

An established and thriving rural dispensing training practice near Bridgwater is looking for a GP Partner to join its friendly, experienced team.

Serving approximately 11,000 patients across two sites, the practice combines traditional continuity of care with modern systems designed to support safe, efficient and sustainable general practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who values continuity, teamwork and high-quality patient care, while also wanting to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the practice.

The role

• 4-8 sessions per week, with flexible working arrangements
• Comprehensive clinical work across acute, chronic and complex presentations
• Participation in same-day access and clinical triage
• Collaborative working within a well-supported multidisciplinary team
• Opportunities for leadership, quality improvement and service development
• Active involvement in practice decision-making and strategic development
• Genuine opportunity to progress to equity partnership following a 12-month mutual assessment period

About you

You'll be a fully qualified GP with GMC registration and a licence to practise, MRCGP or equivalent, and experience working in General Practice.
