Overview

Governance Lawyer needed in Ilford Paying £179.38 per day ref OR12538

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on governance matters, including board structures, decision-making processes, and regulatory compliance.
Draft and review governance-related documentation, including terms of reference, policies, and committee charters.
Support the company secretariat function, including board and committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions.
Monitor changes in legislation and regulation affecting governance and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
Advise on conflicts of interest, director duties, and corporate reporting obligations.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of good governance and ethical conduct.
