Goods In Team Leader

• Oversee the Goods In department, ensuring efficient receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
• Utilising the inhouse Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Lead and support a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a smooth supply chain.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
