Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods inwards ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing requirements.
• Maintain the security and organization of the back stores area, overseeing supplier movements.
• Organize and merchandise the stock room according to safety regulations.
• Submit daily invoice/delivery documentation to the office.
• Perform general maintenance tasks based on site requirements, both internally and externally.
• Ensure work is conducted with minimal disruption to customers and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain cleanliness in external areas
• Manage goods inwards, stocks, and conduct weekly stocktakes.
• Uphold hygiene and cleaning standards in alignment with QSC requirements
• Ensure proper storage and documentation of returns.
• Ability to handle diverse light maintenance tasks to ensure the store remains in excellent condition.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Assist in staff training when required.
• Ensure professionalism in all transactions with customers and suppliers.
• Support waste disposal efforts and implement recycling practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
• Assist in ad-hoc duties across the site as required.
