Golf Ranger

We are currently seeking a Golf Ranger to support the smooth and professional operation of the golf course. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with customers, and maintaining high service standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Check player memberships and ensure all golfers are authorised to be on the course
• Collect fees where required in a professional and courteous manner
• Patrol and monitor the golf course to ensure safe and efficient play
• Verify player bookings and tickets to maintain accurate course usage
• Manage course flow during busy periods, ensuring no queue skipping and that tee times are adhered to
• Provide a visible and approachable presence for customers requiring assistance

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of golf and golfing equipment is advantageous, but not essential
