Job Description

Stratford Oaks GC in Warwickshire is seeking a Golf Commercial Manager with proven sales and business development experience to drive commercial growth across the Academy, Driving Range, Simulator Studios, Custom Fitting, Retail, Corporate Golf, Societies, Functions and Events.

The role is sales-led, responsible for generating new business, developing income streams, and handing over confirmed work to operational teams, with performance measured by revenue, pipeline, and utilisation KPIs.
