Job Description
Leisure People seeks a General Manager to run a well-established 18-hole golf course in Solihull, with a 350-member gym and driving range. The role carries full operational and commercial accountability, including events and a growing F&B offer.
You will lead 20 staff across 3 heads of department, prioritise guest experience, safety, and profitability, and build strong links with local businesses and event organisers.
