Job Description

Baxter is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Compounding facility and dedicated operations team. You will drive efficiency, productivity and profitability while developing processes to support patient delivery goals.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and budget management in a GMP environment. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus and a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or business is required.
